The baking cereals, i.e. wheat and rye, grown at the Domäne, are ground into wholemeal flour here. All bakery products are made of Bioland-approved cereals. Other ingredients, such as milk, butter, cream and quark cheese, eggs, and fresh fruit are produced at the Domäne.




About 20 types of bread are made from six different basic bread doughs that are based on different sour doughs and freshly produced every day; and a large range of crunchy bread rolls is made using traditional techniques.





Pastries are also made entirely of organically produced ingredients. Honey is used as a sweetener. The processing of fresh Domäne fruit, such as strawberries, is one of the specialities of our pastry cooks.
