Meat is a valuable foodstuff, when it is ecologically produced and eaten in moderation. Apart from highly nutritious proteins, it supplies various vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Healthy animals that are kept in ways appropriate to their species and fed with the best feed are a prerequisite for the production of high quality meat. The fact that the animals are spared stressful and long transports to slaughterhouses also contributes to their quality. Cattle, pigs and poultry are killed and processed directly in our own butcher shop. Hence the meat is always fresh.

To make good sausages, you only need salt, water, spices and herbs in addition to the meat, and you need craftsmanship. No brine salts, phosphates, artificial flavourings or emulgators and separators are necessary.




Our sausages are either filled into cans or into natural skin cases. Some of the products go into the smoking chamber for preservation and to add a special taste.
