The Domäne's fruit is grown in a plantation of approx. 10 hectares. In a modern, densely planted plantation, various seed fruits and stone fruits are grown, particularly apples, but also pears, plums, cherries, peaches and apricots.

We also grow raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants, gooseberries, and 1.5 hectares of strawberries.

The types of fruit are selected according to robustness and particularly to the typical taste of the fruit and the ingredients that are valuable to human health. The preventive protection of plants is very important in organic fruit growing. Various stone-meals are spread out to strengthen the health of the plants. The use of the farm's own manure and selectively used organic fertilizer, such as fertilizer made of castor-beans, creates a biologically active soil that is highly resistent to harmful animal organisms and to fungal diseases and thus is fundamental to the flourishing of cultivated plants.

In order to preserve the ecological balance, hedges, nesting boxes and stone walls are used to provide places for birds and other beneficial insects to live.
