The Domäne's restaurant is a place with a Mediterranean flair and an exquisite cuisine. The comfortable dining room is always lavishly adorned with flower arrangements. The culinary delicacies that have been awarded many prizes can be enjoyed in this relaxed atmosphere.

The foodstuffs used, i.e. beef, pork and poultry meat, eggs, vegetables, salads and potatoes, bread, cakes and pastries, cheeses and other dairy products, and fruit (which sometimes vary according to seasonal availability) are of the highest biological quality and are produced almost exclusively by the Domäne.

They are cooked in imaginative ways by our team of chefs; and the meals are served by our service staff in the restaurant or in the shady garden. High quality and much pleasure are guaranteed not only by our cuisine, but also by our cellars, where the best wines from German and French wine growers are stocked.
