The inner courtyard of the Domäne resembles a market place with different shops arranged around it. The butcher shop sells fresh meat, sausages and cold cuts, of course, but pâtés are a recent addition to the product range.

The new bakery and cheese shop sells the bread rolls, cakes and pastries made in our bakery, and offers a large range of ecologically produced cheeses, including the ones our own cheese maker has created, and a wide selection of other dairy products.

In the large market hall, a wide variety of vegetables and fruit, farmmade juices and jams are sold. You will also find the probably most extensive choice of organically produced wines.

Altogether we sell about 1000 organically produced and certified articles, which we buy directly from well-known producers or via wholefood traders, such as wine, beer, mineral water, fruit juice, coffee and tea, vinegar, oil, various spices, cereals, pasta, rice and pulses, preserved vegetables, vegetarian bread spreads and honey, baby food, mueslis, baking ingredients, and so on and so forth.

And in addition to wholesome food and beverages, we offer a wide range of skin care products and makeup for the well-being of our customers.
