The ornamental nursery and the florists' workshop are located in Dankwardweg near the Südfriedhof.

Ornamental horticulturists have about 1000 square metres of greenhouses that are equipped with modern technology, such as automatic air conditioning, and a computeraided closed system of irrigation. In the greenhouses, a wide variety of flowers is grown for flower beds and pots, such as the ones that can be admired in the Domäne's inner courtyard.

The cut flowers available provide essential materials for the florists, who create the most varied floral arrangements that adorn our restaurant and the market hall based on the central idea of "natural, flowery, event-oriented and individualistic designs full of atmosphere appropriate to the season". Like the flowers for flower beds and pots, they are, of course, for sale in the garden or in the market hall.
